Firestone Walker Pivo Pils

16oz - $6; 5oz - $3

A classic German Pilsner with a hoppy Bohemian twist, brewed with German grown Magnums and dry-hopped with Saphir.

Firestone Walker Easy Jack  - Cans
Session IPA · 4.5% ABV
12oz can - $6

Tropical fruits and citrus along with touches of pine, brings a beer that delivers massive hop aromas!

Firestone Walker Bretta Rose
Sour Ale/Wild Ale · 5.3% ABV
11oz - $15; 5oz - $7

Thirty miles north of Barrelworks lies the fertile Santa Maria Valley. Its warm days and cool marine layer-fed evenings allow for a cornucopia of fruits and vegetables to be grown in its rich soil. One of Santa Maria’s crown jewels is locally grown raspberries. We jumped at the opportunity to ferment fresh local raspberries with one of our Barrelworks creations. Behold Bretta Rosé! A low-alcohol Berliner Weisse style ale, acidified and matured in French oak puncheons for 6 months, is the foundation for this gem. Add 1000 lbs. of fresh raspberries, allow a secondary wild fermentation for 4 more months and voila (!), we have a crisp effervescent concoction, bursting with raspberry perfume and flavor, a rosé color, bracing acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish.

Firestone Walker DBA
Extra Special Bitter (ESB) · 5.0% ABV
16oz - $6; 5oz - $3

A British Pale Ale never tasted so fresh. We challenge our good friends across the pond to match this one. Can’t be done. We’ve honored the traditions of the great British Pale brewers of Burton-on-Trent using our patented Firestone Union oak barrels.

Firestone Walker Double Jack
Imperial/Double IPA · 9.5% ABV
11oz - $6; 5oz - $3

The Double Jack recipe takes its inspiration of our two-time Great American Beer Festival gold medal winning Union Jack. By using more of the same ingredients that comprise Union Jack gives Double Jack the familiar flavor of its little brother with more malt flavor and alcohol.

Firestone Walker Luponic Distortion #1
India Pale Ale (IPA) · 5.9% ABV
16oz - $6; 5oz - $3

The base beer will remain the same with each new release, but the hop blend will change every time, so that no two releases will be exactly alike. In other words, there will be a common thread, but also some turns in the road as different hops are pushed to the forefront.

Firestone Walker Nitro Merlin
Milk Stout · 5.5% ABV
16oz - $6; 5oz - $3

Our Velvet Merlin oatmeal stout has been transformed into a mindblowing mouthful known as Nitro Merlin Milk Stout.
The new ingredient is lactose, a.k.a. milk sugar. When Velvet Merlin is brewed with milk sugar to create Nitro Merlin Milk Stout, the effect is similar to adding cream to your dark roasted coffee. The wizardry comes via “nitro,” the brewing nickname for nitrogen gas.

Firestone Walker 18th Anniversary Ale
American Strong Ale · 13.0% ABV
11oz - $15; 5oz - $7

As a finished beer, XVIII is a dark and complex brew full of malt and barrel derived flavors, with Parabola leading the brew into the rich darkness. The beer is unfiltered and unfined, so there will be a small amount of sediment in the bottom of the bottle. XVIII is best enjoyed poured carefully into a half filled brandy snifter or wine glass. Allow it to warm to 55F to fully enjoy the pleasing and complex aromas. As the beer sits and breathes in the glass, rich dark chocolate, toasted oak and dark fruit character is revealed, so take your time. If you wait to open your bottle later, store it in a cool dark place. I suspect that this beer will age well and change favorably for years to come. It was an absolute pleasure in the making and I truly hope you enjoy our ninth oak-aged blend! The journey continues and it’s just as fun and exciting now as it was back in 1996.

Firestone Walker 19th Anniversary
American Strong Ale · 13.8% ABV
11oz - $15; 5oz - $7

“As a finished beer, XIX is a rich, chocolaty, chewy brew with brandy-soaked raisin and holiday fruitcake flavors. The blend is anchored by equal parts Stickee Monkee and Parabola, which combine to create a dense chocolate truffle-like base. Velvet Merkin and Bravo lend their spicy oak, leather and fruity accents to complete the brew. The beer is unfiltered and unfined so there will be a small amount of sediment in the bottom of the bottle. XIX is best enjoyed poured carefully into a half-filled brandy snifter or wine glass.

Firestone Walker Ol' Leghorn
Barley Wine · 10.5% ABV
11oz - $15; 5oz - $7

A staggeringly hoppy blonde barleywine made by Nick Floyd of 3 Floyds Brewing Co. and Matt Brynildson of Firestone Walker Brewing Company. This blonde barleywine was brewed with traditional English ale malting varieties—Golden Promise and Optic base malts—with no specialty malt added.

Firestone Walker Velvet Merkin 2014
Stout · 8.5% ABV
11oz - $15; 5oz - $7

This is our Velvet Merlin Oatmeal Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels and it just won the 2010 and 2011 Gold medal at the GABF for barrel aged beers!!! This beer goes into the barrels as a roasty dark chocolate, coffee accented mild mannered stout and comes out transformed as a milk chocolate, smooth dark cherry, vanilla and coconut infused masterpiece. We are incredibly proud of this beer and it seems as though it was always meant to be a barrel aged brew. 100% Oak Barrel Aged
